Our work
Arts and Expression
Creativity as a pathway to healing and connection.
The arts have always been a powerful tool for cultural transformation. At Culture Change Group, we integrate arts-based programming into schools, youth centers, and community spaces to encourage self-expression and build confidence. Children and families participate in workshops ranging from visual art and music to theater and storytelling. These programs provide safe spaces for individuals to explore their identities, share their stories, and connect with others.
Through art, we see children who once struggled with confidence begin to stand tall. Families find new ways to bond, and communities discover common ground across differences. The arts do more than create beauty—they create belonging.

Looking Forward
Expanding programs, deepening impact, inspiring futures.
As we look ahead, we are committed to expanding our reach and deepening the impact of our programs. Our goal is to ensure that more children, families, and organizations have access to the tools and support they need to flourish. From creating new arts and science initiatives to building stronger partnerships with schools and businesses, our work continues to evolve with the needs of our community.
Cultural change is not a moment—it is a movement. And with your support, this movement will continue to grow, touching lives across Huntington, West Virginia, and beyond.
Community Outreach
Strengthening bonds, one relationship at a time.
Outreach is where mission meets everyday life. We partner with schools, faith-based groups, nonprofits, and businesses to bring workshops, dialogues, and leadership training directly into communities. Outreach means listening first—understanding the needs of families, organizations, and neighborhoods—and responding with compassion and collaboration. It is through outreach that trust is built, barriers are broken, and sustainable change takes root.

Looking Ahead
Expanding programs, deepening impact, inspiring futures.
Our work is only beginning. As we look forward, we are committed to expanding our reach, introducing new arts and science initiatives, and building stronger partnerships. Each new program is a step toward our vision of communities where every person feels valued, supported, and empowered. Together with families, volunteers, and partners, we are building a future where cultural transformation becomes a way of life.
