Marcus has dedicated his career to helping organizations and families grow stronger through practical programs and mentorship. With a background in social work and organizational development, he oversees all outreach, workshops, and community initiatives. Known for his approachable nature and gift for connecting with people from all walks of life,

Dr. Evelyn Carter – Executive Director
Evelyn is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit development, education, and community outreach. Her journey began in the classroom, where she saw firsthand how culture shapes the success of students, families, and organizations. Guided by her belief that every voice deserves to be heard, Evelyn founded Culture Change Group to create a lasting impact in West Virginia and beyond.

Jordan Matthews – Outreach Specialist
Jordan grew up in Huntington, WV, and understands the unique challenges and strengths of the community. With years of experience in youth development and arts-based programs, Jordan brings creativity and energy to every project. He believes that cultural change begins with storytelling and self-expression, and he uses arts, mentorship, and community events to bring people together.
